Oh wait! Is he eating that donut out of the MaryAnn’s dozen that he said we taxpayers need to give up to pay for his tax increase? How fitting that he told us to cut by eating one leas donut 🍩 and 1/3 less iced coffee and he ends his budget delivery by eating the donut he took from us.

There couldn't have been a worse example.
The people of Allentown are already struggling with higher costs in every area of their lives from the county taxes, the cost of living, food, fuel, utilities, etc.
Being told to give up "just one donut" sounds out of touch. Watching the dumbass mayor take that donut for himself at the end made it even worse.
The tone deaf mayor said: very clearly that taxpayers lose a donut, politicians get a snack.
Then he turned his argument for higher taxes into the perfect argument against an increase.
Mr Mayor-are you planning to give up 10% of your travel? How about your fancy car? I think you should keep your ass in Allentown and be a mayor in the city that elected you. You bring NOTHING to Allentown..
