Thank you to all the Veterans out there that are serving or have served this great country. I wanted to dedicate this post to them. Your bravery and unselfishness to put your life in front of others does not go unnoticed.
It saddens me to have to write or show this photo, but Im sorry this day should not include this flag in in.
To the far right. Are you serious? People have died for this country. People lives have been ruined. People are scarred. And this Mayor has the balls to hang the LGBTQ flag on Veterans day in the vicinity of the American flag!!! I'm sorry if I offend someone but nothing should be flown next the American flag on Veterans day besides the State and City flags. This is an outright disgrace on the City of Allentown.
This Mayor allowing this on Veterans day is crossing the line.
Mayor obviously you could not have served in the military. You dont know what it means to be a Veteran. Shit you aren't even saluting the flag in any photos I saw.
What kind of Mayor are you? Shame on you.

Wtf!!! This is disgraceful.
Did you really expect anything different? Come on.
Beautiful picture. All thanks on this Veteran's Day to J B Reilly, Pat Browne, Hasshan (f### the police) Batts, promise neighborhoods, Steven Bamford, the NIZ board of directors, the Butz and Jaindl families, etal
You forgot the Chamber and Mr. Ianelli's $300,000.00 plus a year salary.
The American Flag in this picture is in the wrong place…actually the LGBTQ flag is in the position where the American flag should fly. The position of honor. Shame on the Police and Fire for not ensuring proper respect is given to the US Flag at all times. I guess when Fire drives around with a dirty flag attached to the back of the engine so it really does show how they don't care.
Someone at City Hall needs to educate themselves on Flag etiquette. Looking at the flag from the front (meaning as it flies at the front of the building; this picture is behind the flag) there should be nothing to the left of the flag (or its own right). Nothing should ever be to the right of the union.
Disgraceful
Thank you for the lesson. My 4 years in Guam had plenty of downtime. That is where I learned the proper flag etiquette. I hope someone goes and changes the flags one night. It wouldn't be against the law to change the order of the flags to be proper.
My error. Thank you much
