Look at this post from our most out of touch and delusional City Council member, Candida Affa. The post was taken down from Lehigh Valley Live comments section faster than lightning, but not faster than my loyal followers could screen capture the post.
Once again, Candida has taken to social media to attack the very person she says she never attacked. Ms. Affa- do you have a lawyer guiding you? I feel you don't because you're a loose cannon and an attorney nightmare. Your outbursts lately are out of control and say THE MOST about who you really are.
This just continues to prove what I have been saying about City Hall. The climate there is one of tyranny, disrespect, and retaliation. How can the city possibly get better when the Mayor and Council are acting like high school mean girls?
No wonder the Curtis investigation is buried -- it would surely prove too much.

Content of character: I have known Tawanna for years, she is a delightful and kind human. There is not a mean bone in her body. When she smiles and laughs it lights up the room. Me-maw on the other hand, is an angry and spiteful tyrant. She must be obeyed, especially by the peasants like Tawanna. Me-maw has that "know your place" air about her that comes from years of hard earned social status as a member of the ruling class. I know nothing of this case but based upon the content of character for both Tawanna and Me-maw, I'll put my money on Tawanna. Besides, Me-maw doesn't care, it's not her money that is in jeopardy of being lost. It's ours, the peasants over which she rules.
Candida Affa. A herpes flair-up has less subtly when attacking. This woman has to go. She is an embarrassment to council and the city. Of course she will have her staunch army soldiers like Vicky Kistler and other old white women protecting her, but that just underscores the need to get Affa out.
There is no room in Allentown for racist white women who hide behind a LGBTQ veil to shield their true self. Being LGBTQ doesn’t give you a pass to hate others.

Candida: What the hell are you trying to say? "...not one I owe to truth" do you mean "not one iota of truth" or are you trying to say that you don't own once ounce of truth in what you say? Some people really need to just be led out to pasture and be allowed to roam during their final days.

I bet Candida is shutting her big mouth up now. Seems that all of the work that she has done with Hendricks to hide the results of the Curtis investigation have failed miserably. A federal judge saw through the city's BS. Candida and Daryl both sold their souls to the devil in exchange for favors. Unfortunately, now your soul is owned by Tuerk. Daryl has two more council meetings so he will be discarded like a used tampon, but poor Candida has two more years to serve her owner.
