So my Elf informants made me a bunch gifts. I know I keep people on their toes here, but I want to thank them for the 40% of the good job they do.
The recipients have a letter by them, and the gifts are numbered. Please comment what gifts should go to whom. Like I said these Heads (leaders is not appropriate title) work hard all year. There increases in salaries every year show you how much the mayor appreciates what they do for him.

The last thing anyone needs in the Mayor’s office is a raise. Do not assume that Ortega has to put up with him. She seems very comfortable pushing and promoting his bullshit throughout the city and is probably more aligned with him than others
