The biggest conspiracy right now

 

I spoke about Mr. Aviles last week. You know the outspoken man at the last city council meeting. Aviles posted a pretty powerful facebook post basically saying, he isnt going to stop until he gets the officers name, the video footage and the investigation findings.

So how is the city or more specifically Chief Roca going to respond? Mr. Aviles has done what the Chief and City Council President Crapoli told him to do. He claims he followed the procedures using the Right to Know and act 22.

This just bothers me that an alleged victim of what Aviles calls a hate crime cannot even get the investigation findings. If that doesnt say cover-up, I dont know what does.

I mean how bad would it look for Chief Roca to have one of his officers calling something a "fu$k=ng Fa%%ot" on tv? Then Aviles stated there were six other officers there and he was assaulted.   

My friends who are “in the know” told me that the video is quite clear and Mr. Aviles was being called the homophobic slur he claims. So I believe that definitely happened. What I want to know is, what was the punishment of the officer? Why is APD and the Administration including Council protecting the officer and working to ensure the video never surfaces? I mean once that video surfaces that officer will surely need to be fired. But Chief Transparency wont give Aviles what by law he has too. Why?

How can the public trust the Chief or the officers if they still in 2026 cover-up their mistakes? This is just ridiculous on the Chiefs part.

As for Crapoli, I would bet Aviles shows up again at the next council meeting demanding the results of the investigation. What are you going to do? Tell him "Mr. AVILES" 100 times while he talks over you? Let Affa yell back at him? When she was so out of order. Or will you actually have some info for him? It may not be your place to give him any info on the investigation but you opened your mouth and told him what to do and that you would help him.

I would also like to take a moment to show again how your City Council fails you and how the Tuerk administration lies continuously. 

- The police buyback passed council last week. This basically allows officers to buyback prior police service time and use it towards retirement. So an officer who worked at another department for five years could come to Allentown, work for 15 and buy the other 5 and retire. It’s ironic that this would pass. When all council says is we need to keep our officers, why would they vote to allow officers to leave early? Seems pretty idiotic. The justification for the seemingly failed DROP was we needed to retain officers, so the taxpayers should make them rich via the DROP.

Now a month later the administration is saying we should let them retire earlier without the required 20 full years of service to Allentown? So they can financially burden the pension system for life and beyond when the pension passes to the spouse? And council passes it without question? Someone needs to call out these bullshitting liars. 

Don’t hold your breath that our quarter time councilman will ever stand up for the taxpayers, they are focusing on their free drinks and pizza at the Municipal Golf Course while at council meetings.
